ORDINANCE NO. 3679 COUNCIL BILL NO. 21-1007 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE, VACATING A PORTION OF SELTICE WAY RIGHT-OF-WAY, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS A PARCEL OF LAND ADJOINING THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE COEUR D'ALENE HONDA AUTO DEALERSHIP AND TAX NO. 3599 IN THE CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE, KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF A SUMMARY OF THIS ORDINANCE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, after public hearing, the City Council finds it to be in the best interests of the City of Coeur d'Alene and the citizens thereof that said portion of right-of-way be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Coeur d'Alene: SECTION 1.
