NexTitle Adds Key Talent

NexTitle, a joint venture title and escrow company, has announced two key additions to its team.

Lynsie Odd was promoted to escrow officer. She has over 17 years in title and escrow with stints in customer service and was most recently an escrow assistant in NexTitle’s Coeur d’Alene office. Odd enters her new role with a strong following of local real estate agents and brokers who trust her to deliver “Next-Level” service to their clients.

Cathy Elliott was hired as NexTitle’s vice president, revenue operations and sales. She has more than 27 years of real estate related experience including title and escrow with a Fortune 500 family of companies. Most recently, she was an executive with Fidelity National Home Warranty Company and played a critical part in its significant revenue growth and geographic expansion. Elliott will work out of NexTitle’s Coeur d’Alene office.

NexTitle’s Coeur d’Alene office has doubled its staff since it opened doors in 2018 and is successful in joint venture title operations in the NexTitle family of companies.

TitleOne Announces New Hires

Jamie Hale has joined the team as a title officer in the TitleOne Coeur d'Alene office. She is a seasoned industry professional with extensive experience in examining, recording and short sales.

Paula Roukema has joined TitleOne as a title assistant in the company's Coeur d’Alene office. She has a degree in accounting from North Idaho College and has been a business owner for 15 years.
