KCSO seeks to identify theft suspect
The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office is seeking to identify this person on connection to misuse of a financial card and an alleged ATM theft.
Those in trouble aren't alway thankful to those who help them — and sometimes will take all they can from their benefactor.
According to the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office, a kind citizen recently stopped to help a female motorist who apparently ran out of gas.
"During that time it is believed she took financial transaction cards from the citizen and withdrew money from her account," KCSO reported.
The suspect has a distinct neck tattoo with a paisley design, and drives a white passenger vehicle, KCSO reported.
