COUNTY: A dissatisfied customer

As a 40-year resident of the county, a veteran, a taxpayer and a senior at 80 years young, I have a problem with whoever is in charge of keeping the county services moving along with the population boom in the county.

You folks are about 20 years out of touch. I just drove more than 40 miles to the two vehicle registration offices both Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls, just to be told that I need an appointment to get a license tag for my boat trailer.

There were at least 50 folks packed in your offices waiting as it’s been for the last couple of years. Why can’t you add to the buildings and hire more folks to work there?

We pay your wages and it’s about time you got up to speed. Just like the Comp Plan, you are so far out of touch it just amazes me how you keep your job.
