Free food distribution April 15

A free-food distribution event will take place at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, in conjunction with Windermere Foundation Coeur d'Alene's "Helping Our Neighbors Day."

A 2nd Harvest mobile food bank will be available to those who are in need of basic food items, including meat and shelf-stable foods.

Social distancing and safety measure will be in place. Masks are required.

Entrance will be through the Clayton Gate on Government Way.
