Forrest Scott Goodman, 67

| September 23, 2020 1:00 AM

Scott passed away unexpectedly of heart failure on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020, at 67 years old.

He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many. Scott was born in Kirkland, Wash. and graduated from Redmond High School. He worked for the Boeing Company for 25 years. Before retiring and moving to Hayden, Idaho, his love of boating occupied most of his free time. He lived aboard his Tollycraft powerboat for several years and loved sharing the boating experience with friends and family. After moving back to dry land, Scott’s interests led him to the world of motorcycles. Over the last few years, his favorite thing to do was to take rides on his Harley with good friends.

Scott is survived by his mother, Helen Goodman of Post Falls, and two sisters, Paula Kissinger and Laura Jacobsen of Coeur d’Alene. He has four nephews and many extended family members and friends.

Scott is preceded in death by his father, Forrest Goodman; his brother David Goodman; and two brothers-in-law, John Jacobsen and Jim Kissinger.

Scott was kind, loving, and loyal. He will be deeply missed forever.

There will be a celebration of life from 12 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2020, at the Eagles Pavilion at 1700 15th St. in Coeur d’Alene (where we can practice social distancing).

English Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements. Please sign his online memorial at www.englishfuneralchapel.com
