BLOTTER: Udderly hilarious

Finding humor in these trying times is always delightful, especially when it is unexpected.

When reading the Sheriff’s Blotter for Sept. 16, there was this post: Deputies assisted in locating a cow wandering in the road near Wyoming and Huetter, she returned the cow to home. Cow was warned for a “mooing” violation.
