The senior outside hitter had 17 kills as the Panthers defeated Timberlake 25-18, 25-27, 26-24, 24-26, 15-11 in Intermountain League volleyball last Thursday in Coeur d'Alene. It was Coeur d'Alene Charter's first victory over Timberlake in volleyball since the program started in 2002; Charter joined Timberlake in the Intermountain League in 2016. "Maddie has been my middle for the last three years, and this year, I’ve been able to put her on the outside. And it’s been nice to see her come alive out there," Charter coach Cynthia Beyer said. "Now, she’s outside and tearing it up, and that’s been nice to see.”
