at Idaho Open

BOISE — Derek Bayley of Rathdrum shot a 10-under-par 200 and finished tied for third Sunday at the Idaho Open at Quail Hollow Golf Course.

Bayley, the former Lakeland High and Washington State standout, shot 65-66-69 on the par-70 course.

Jamie Hall of Seattle won with a 14-under 196 (67-63-66), and Brad Marek of Berkeley, Calif., was second at 13-under 197 (68-64-65). Bayley was tied for second, one shot behind Hall, heading into the final round.

Sean Langham (North Idaho College, University of Idaho) tied for 16th at 1-over 211 (68-73-70).

COEUR d’ALENE — Grace Gwin had 12 kills, Olivia White nine as the Royals beat the Knights 25-10, 23-25, 25-14, 25-16 in nonleague play at Holy Family Catholic School.

Katie Gipson had 27 service points and three kills, Gwin 14 service points and Elisa Osborn two blocks for North Idaho Christian (4-2), which plays at Genesis Prep on Tuesday.

Lakeside (1-2) plays at Mullan on Tuesday.
