SPECTRUM: Doesn’t value customers

As NFL football started last week, I decided to check on NFL Red Zone, only to find out I had lost that channel. After research and speaking to an employee in person at Spectrum, I was told the channel I had been paying for all along was no longer available to me unless, AGAIN, I wanted to pay for additional fees, a new “sports package.”

Obviously, Spectrum decided the Red Zone was a money maker and decided to create a new package and buried the Red Zone in-between several other sports channels, which all continue to be seen on their original channels EXCEPT NFL RED ZONE. The employee promised to further research and find a satisfactory answer for me (I have never heard from her).

I’m glad to see another cable service has arrived in the area and can only hope TDS will value their longtime customers more than Spectrum.
