COLUMNISTS: Earn standing ovation

I read a ridiculous letter to the editor chastising Steve Cameron in Wednesday’s Press.

I want to make it clear that I look forward to his column (as well as Dave Oliveria’s) on a regular basis. Both of these journalists are excellent writers, thinkers and add great substance to a local newspaper. Please ignore one biased, close-minded Dodger fan’s opinion.

BTW, I grew up in L.A. and of course was also a Dodger fan during most of my youth and adult life. Now I am just a fan of well told stories, recollections and experiences. Steve provides all that regularly regardless of the teams. His column is a refreshing read during these difficult times.
