Though his team came up short in a wild 58-50 loss to 5A Inland Empire League foe Lewiston in a nonleague game, the Timberwolves' senior quarterback posted some amazing numbers. Irvin completed 29 of 48 passes for six touchdowns without an interception. He threw two TD passes each to Matthew Whitcomb and Zach Johnson, and one each to Damon Rosenau and Uriah Chavez. Also, Irvin scored on a sneak with 2 1/2 minutes left to tie the game at 50, before Lewiston drove for the winning score with 33 seconds remaining.
