• Presidential mandate for every Tom, Dick and Harry to wear masks/90-day lockdown — butchers, bakers, candlestick makers — and you! He’ll take care of that darn Trump virus once and for all. Anyone getting it after the first 90-day mandate, he’ll bump it another 90 days. And we thought Ol’ Joe wouldn’t be able to make important, presidential decisions.
