Jeffry Dean Haag

Jeffry Dean Haag peacefully passed away at home Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Jan. 15, 1958.

Jeff was an electrician for 42 years and loved his job. He moved from Dickinson, N.D., to Minnesota, then moved to Spirit Lake, Idaho, where he called home for 30 years. He loved sitting on his porch watching the birds and eagles at the lake. He loved fishing and the outdoors and loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Haag, of 42 years; daughters Kim (Jim) Hill and Shawnda (Jimmy) House and son, Shane (Billie Mae) Haag; his eight grandchildren: Trinity, Nathan, Hope, Alyssa, Sophia Hill, Dominic, Brookley House and William Haag; his sister, Kris (Farley) Sorkness; brother, Jon (Melissa) Haag; nephews Aaron Sorkness and Kodi Kuhn; nieces Nicole Keller and Sierra Haag; mother and father-in-law, Jerry and Arlene Kuhn; and brother-in-law, Kevin Kuhn.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Richard and Elsie Haag; his brother-in-law, Gerald (Jay) Kuhn; and his grandparents. Bell Tower Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
