VEHICLE FEE: Exempt off-road vehicles

In all the articles and your “Press Endorsement,” I see minimal references to the $25 fee for motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. Is it fair to apply a road improvement assessment to “off-road” vehicles?

How are they a part of this issue? I’m in favor of an assessment to resolve a serious issue facing us but it needs to be fairly applied. From what I read, I see no exemption for off-road vehicles and that will cause me to vote no.
