Missing trick-or-treating this year?

Wired2Learn Foundation has a fun way to safely celebrate: Reverse trick or treat.

Wired2Learn Foundation is a Post Falls-based nonprofit committed to supporting children with learning disabilities like dyslexia and providing scholarships that allow access to innovative, brain-based education.

This education-oriented organization is offering to hand-deliver tasty Halloween treat baskets to friends, family and co-workers with all proceeds benefiting these local kiddos.

Boo! For Brains baskets come full of fall treats sponsored by local businesses, providing opportunities to sample what area businesses are creating and share the experience with someone. Goodies include fresh-baked hand pies, cotton candy and harvest spice cake pops.

The Boo! For Brains baskets are serving as Wired2Learn's fall fundraiser after having to cancel its regular Neon Jungle event because of COVID.

Each basket is unique and may contain different surprises, of the same value, than what is seen in the images online. Baskets are limited.

How to send Boo! For Brains baskets:

  1. Choose the basket and the quantity on the “tickets” form.
  2. Complete the order form with the delivery address and payment information. One delivery address per order. To send baskets to multiple locations, place separate orders for each location. Multiple baskets for one location can be purchased on the same order.
  3. That’s it! These boo-tiful baskets will be delivered during the week of Halloween.

The “I’m just here for the Boos!” basket contains alcohol, and must be received in person by someone 21 or older, with an ID, to sign for it. These can only be delivered to Idaho addresses.

Deliveries will be made to homes and work places in Kootenai and Spokane counties Oct. 29 through 31. To give to someone out of the area, Wired2Learn can deliver locally and recipients are welcome to arrange shipment.

Baskets range from $25 to $45.
