Notice of Advertisement for Prequalification for CdA Transmission Line-Southern Section for City of Coeur d'Alene Water Department The City of Coeur d'Alene is prequalifying licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the CdA Transmission Line-Southern Section project pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2805(2)(b). The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 8,200 LF of 18-24" water transmission pipe between the Atlas Well site and Riverstone Dr. Actual bid quantities may change pending final design of the project. The estimated project cost is between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000. The project is anticipated to be bid in January 2021 and construction must be completed prior to the end of June 2021.
