SAFETY: But at what cost?

This past Summer, a tragedy occurred. A young man drowned in Coeur d’Alene Lake. How can we allow this to happen? Why hasn’t the Panhandle Health District MANDATED a fence to be built around the Lake?

If it saves one life, must be our mantra. We must be safe. We must stay safe! Safety must be our 1st priority.
