FLAG: A sign of distress

From the Department of Defense website re the flag:

“It should never be displayed upside down unless trying to convey a sign of distress or great danger.”

When people fly their flags upside down, they are not being disrespectful, they are conveying the fact that our country is in distress, in this case because of all the fraud in our elections.
