DMV: A frustrated driver

Another complaint about the vehicle licensing department! We have two vehicles that need licenses, but only one arrives in the mail. How do we go about registering the other vehicle?

The back of the form we get does not have an address to mail the check to — it has a name, but no address. Why do I have to pay a fee to use a charge card to do it online? No way to contact the department except to actually go there, but with every action being blamed on COVID, are we allowed to do that anymore? No phone number to call. No info if we can set up an appointment.

Maybe the supervisors that set this fiasco up need to come to our side of the business and see for themselves how screwed up a simple REQUIRED duty has become.
