LECTURES: Spare me, please

I read a letter to the editor in last Sunday’s edition from Mr. Alex Decker extolling the virtues of masks in protecting us from the dreaded “respiratory droplets.”

I trust you removed the sports section of Mr. Decker’s edition of the Sunday paper as he’ll be startled to see the cover picture. No respiratory droplets there.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I have mine and don’t appreciate being pontificated to. And that includes the sainted, bloviating, elitist George Sayler.

Hope I’ve made my position clear.
