Centennial Trail stories wanted

COEUR d’ALENE — The Centennial Trail is 30 years old this year and its board of directors is collecting memories of experiences on the trail.

Twenty-three stories will be included in a book about the history of the trail, one for each of the 23 miles of the Idaho portion of the trail.

Please share your most memorable experience while using the trail. It could be training run, a recreational bike ride, an evening walk or cool wildlife sighting.

“Your memories may be a funny story, a new milestone, maybe something scary. We’d love to hear them,” said a press release.
