Marshall, a freshman infielder, hit a three-run home run in the fourth inning of the first game, then hit a two-run home run in the second inning of the nightcap as NIC swept Miles Community College in nonconference play March 10 at Post Falls High. Marshall was batting .364 with three home runs, 12 runs batted in and 16 runs scored in 12 games before the season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic on March 17.
