Post Falls seeks comment on proposed development

The Post Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on May 12 at 6 p.m., on a request to subdivide approximately 10 acres into 50 single-family residential lots.

The acreage is located on the east side of Greensferry Road, south of Ponderosa Boulevard along the Spokane River. Developers propose to add a range of lot sizes with adequate open space.

Public comment should be submitted in written testimony by mailing to City of Post Falls Planning Division, 408 Spokane Street, Post Falls, ID 83854.

Public comments need to be submitted by Tuesday to be included in the staff report. If anyone wishes to present documents, maps, or a presentation at the hearing, they must contact the city by Tuesday for guidelines.

For comments after Tuesday, persons will need to sign up for testimony at least 24 hours prior to the Zoom meeting for oral testimony. Testimony may be limited to 4 minutes per person.
