VIRUS: All together now

I was born six months after Pearl Harbor. At age 3, my dad moved from the Navy to the Merchant Marines and began hauling troops and goods to Europe on a freighter called the “Frederick Funston.”

At that time as I remember, the entire community was going to work for the war effort. I can remember collecting steel, aluminum, brass, rubber. They were rationing gas and food. I got so sick of canned potatoes, they still make me puke.

Why can’t we now all work together to obtain Victory like FDR’s model and all work to solve this war on the coronavirus? Don’t worry about making a profit out of this situation. If we all die, money won’t be an issue. Above all, let’s get rid of this virus in the White House called “TRUMP.”
