COEUR d’ALENE — Two unanimous votes and one 4-to-1 vote passed the finalized proposals of school zone changes during a special Coeur d'Alene School Board meeting held with only one attendee and from a safe distance Wednesday night.
The meeting live-streamed on social media and YouTube as the trustees voted on the changes, which are planned to take place starting at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year...
