Request for Proposal Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization Request for Proposal for Transportation Planning and Traffic Analysis Services Coeur d' Alene Health Corridor 3/9/2020 Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization (KMPO) in association with ignite cda, Kootenai Health, City of Coeur d' Alene, and the Idaho Transportation Department are requesting proposals for Transportation Planning and Traffic Analysis Services from qualified firms and or individuals.
