BOISE — Lizzy Klinker scored a team-high 13 points to send the Idaho Vandals past the Idaho State Bengals 66-61 in a semifinal game in front of 1,248 Big Sky Conference Tournament at CenturyLink Arena on Wednesday.

Isabelle Hadden had 12 points and Gina Marxen 11 points for Idaho (22-9), which scored 28 points in the paint, compared to 10 points by Idaho State (18-13).

Allison Kirby, a junior from Timberlake High, had nine points and five rebounds for Idaho.

Idaho will face Montana State (25-6), a 76-71 winner in the other semifinal over Northern Arizona in Friday’s championship game starting at noon.
