MOMENTS, MEMORIES AND MADNESS WITH STEVE CAMERON: Slight delay

Yes, Steve promised you a detailed look at the new Mariners today — comparing them to the core of the young Kansas City Royals team he watched up close as they blossomed from a tight group of exciting kids into the 2015 World Series champions. Steve believes there are plenty of similarities in Seattle, and he WILL share them with you.

However, Steve is dealing with some unexpected personal matters this week, so his columns for today, Monday, Wednesday and Friday will not appear in The Press. Unfortunately, we’ll have to skip Tuesday’s Zags Tracker, as well.

Steve hopes to be back and writing by Selection Sunday next week, and then following Gonzaga into the NCAA tournament.
