Neoma Frances Foote

Neoma (“Fran”) is survived by her husband, Randy Foote, and six children: Tamatha Root, Christopher Williams, Christy McGuinn, Randy Foote Jr., Victoria Foote and Allen Foote. Neoma was the fourth of 10 brothers and sisters. She leaves behind seven of them: Rhonda Dyer-McDonald, Mary Emett, Bea Serfas, Patricia Dyer, Johnna Epperle, Jeeney Stillwell and John Stilwell Jr.

Fran was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived a full and meaningful life, enjoying six children, 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Through good times and bad, she stood tall and strong for all who she cared about. She was our rock when we needed help to stand, and the ear when we needed someone to listen. She was our ray of sunshine that could break through the darkest of times.

Neoma now joins her mother, Neoma Frances Stillwell; her fathers Robert Franklin Dyer and John Stillwell Sr.; and her two brothers: Robert Ray Dyer and Ricky Dean Dyer.

She will be laid to rest at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery and there will be no service at Neoma’s request.
