Cd’A Century 21 office ranked No. 1 in Idaho, No. 5 in nation

Century 21 Beutler & Associates recently celebrated with its staff and agents another fantastic year in real estate!

Overlooking beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene at the Hagadone Event Center, they came together to honor those Realtors who earned top recognition in the company and in the Century 21 system.

John Beutler, in his 41st year of real estate, shared a moving testimonial. He stood at the podium and told the story about his very first transaction and how he is still friends with those same clients today.

“It’s all about the human experience and how well you treat others,” he said. “Real estate should never be about the money. If you treat others well, and they feel it, the money will follow.”

He encouraged his agents to always, “Be present and give your clients your utmost attention to every detail.”

Beutler’s speech was heartfelt and an example of the culture at Century 21.

In 2019, the Coeur d’Alene office was recognized as being ranked one of the most elites sales teams and celebrated being No. 1 in Idaho and No. 5 in the nation in the Century 21 system. This comes from its loyal and hard-working agents, who put in countless hours serving their clients. John and Ann Beutler are very appreciative of those that have been with the company for so many years.

To celebrate another successful year, the company brought in James Lawrence, aka, “The Iron Cowboy,” to inspire the agents and remind them to keep chasing their dreams. Lawrence is a Guinness world record holder for completing 50 Ironmans in 50 U.S. states in 50 consecutive days.

“The moment you realize the next step isn’t going to kill you and that the next step is the first step to evolving, changing, growing and learning and becoming the best version of yourself, that’s the most beautiful thing,” he said.

Lawrence captivated the crowded room and gave an encouraging speech that left everyone feeling motivated and excited.

“We enjoyed our time with James tremendously,” Ann Beutler said. “His stories were able to inspire so many of us with his message about the resilience of the human spirit, and the power our daily decisions can have over our circumstances. He left us feeling encouraged, motivated, and ready to do something impactful.”

The real estate brokerage is thankful to the community for allowing it to service their real estate needs since 1990.

Here’s to a fantastic 2020 and many more years to come!
