Post Falls Festival canceled

The city of Post Falls has canceled the Post Falls Festival due to increasing cases of COVID-19 in North Idaho and the surrounding areas.

The decision was made after discussions with Panhandle Health District, as well as with other cities and other event organizers that have recently canceled events.

“Althought canceling the event was a difficult decision, it is important to take precautions to lessen the risk for the community,” said a statement released by the city. “We appreciate our citizens’ support of our programs, and the Post Falls Festival will be back next year, stronger than ever.”
