Storm clinic/tryouts: The North Idaho Storm boys AAU basketball club will host free skills clinics and tryouts this summer for next season’s eighth-grade boys team.

The clinics are scheduled for Sundays from 2-4 p.m. starting this Sunday.

Clinics are at Trinity Lutheran Church, 812 N. 5th St. (5th and Reid) in Coeur d’Alene. Parents are asked to park in the rear parking lot, where the entrance to the gym is.

The clinic/tryouts are open to incoming eighth-grade boys for the 2020-21 school year. Parents will need to be there to sign a release before the boys are allowed to practice.

Safety procedures will be in place to protect against COVID-19. Hand sanitizer and ball disinfectant will in place during the practice.

Clinic dates are June 28, July 5, July 19, Aug. 2, Aug. 16 and Aug. 30.
