TRADE: Pact unconstitutional, immoral

The headline on page 4 of Western AG July 9 was indeed disheartening. It read AG organizations applaud the implementation of the USMCA. So what is it they are applauding? And why is it disheartening?

Just like NAFTA, it allows for the continued dumping of cheaper subsidized and inferior foreign imports of beef and other commodities on our markets to be labeled product of USA. It also undermines the sovereignty of the USA setting up appointed international tribunals and commissions effectively gutting the Constitution of the USA. Chapter 23 deals with gender-related issues promoted by the lgbtq community aimed at destroying Christian morality.

This agreement was written by an Obama appointee by the name of Robert Lighthizer, the purpose of which is to create what is called a North American Union similar to the European Union. There is a word for this and it’s called treason. Joe Goggins spelled out the solution to most of our political and economic woes in his June 4th 2020 article wherein he praised his father and his love for the constitution of the USA. The USMCA and the Constitution are diametrically opposed to each other. You cannot support both. A recall would be in order for all of those who voted for the USMCA.
