CITY OF POST FALLS KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO 12TH AVENUE COLLECTIONS PROJECT, PHASE 1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Post Falls, 12th Avenue Collections Project, Phase 1 will be received by the City of Post Falls at the City Clerk's Office, 408 N. Work includes demolition, as well as construction of concrete structures (above and below grade), a masonry wall building, piping, HVAC, electrical and controls, site work, miscellaneous appurtenant work, and installation of mechanical equipment. Mechanical equipment includes pumps, odor control, and other miscellaneous equipment.
