TRUMP: Judge not
In response to a letter written to the editor in the Sunday, Jan. 19 paper entitled, TRUMP: Past is best predictor.
It seems strange to me that with all the good things President Trump has accomplished in the past three years for our great nation that there are still people who want to sit in judgment for past sins. It’s my belief that working with Dr. Franklin Graham, Pastor Robert Jeffus and Mike Huckabee that President Trump has turned over a new leaf. It’s possible he is a new believer and it takes time to know all that’s expected of him as a new Christian.
I’m sure Mr. Duffield that if you investigated your own life, you may have things you have done in the past that you are not proud of either. It’s unfair to sit in judgment of someone else without examining your own life first. The Bible says, “He that is without sin let him cast the first stone.” There is so much hate toward President Trump by the media, Democrats and comments like yours. It’s no wonder he fights back to give his side of things.
I admire his courage as he stands up for America, and the American people. He speaks about his accomplishments full well knowing his enemies will shout all the louder to discredit him. I won’t sit in judgment of him, it’s not my place, neither is it yours. Let our Lord handle that, and my prayer is for God to Bless Donald J. Trump, and for God to Bless the United States of America!
