HANKS LAW: Sound off to AG

Editor’s note: A local resident complained to the Idaho Attorney General’s office about an organization called Hanks Law Foundation. Here’s the response she received:

Thank you for your email. Please encourage the individuals in your community who believe Hanks Law Foundation engaged in deceptive or misleading charitable solicitations to file complaints with our office. They may complete a “Charitable Organization Complaint” online at www.ag.idaho.gov.

We are in contact with Hanks Law Foundation and anticipate receiving a written response to our office’s concerns on or before January 17, 2020.
