SHEA: An American patriot

Dear Legislator,

You made a big mistake when you picked on Matt Shea. You made a big mistake when you ripped away his staff and kicked him out of his office.

You called him a terrorist because he chose to stand with a few patriots in Oregon who took a stand against a repressive government that was steamrolling over their rights.

What bridges has he blown up? What official has he murdered? What building did he burn down? You give terrorism a whole new meaning.

Shame on you.

In all of Washington, probably in the entire West there is no legislator more conservative, hardworking and kind than Matt Shea. You were just looking for a chance to get even because of his many stands against socialist programs and big government.

Matt Shea has consistently shown himself the defender of the little guy. You have not only violated Mr. Shea’s First Amendment Rights, but the rights of the thousands who voted for him.

Shame on you. Rather than condemn him, you need to call him back and commend him for his patriotism.
