STEWART: All about character

Dave Stewart has been an acquaintance and a friend for more than 30 years, as has his family. He is a professional with high conservative ethics and character — once a quality builder, a fiscally responsible and fair county commissioner and a professional building inspector. I have had personal service from him in all areas. I endorse him for county commissioner — second time.
