Bray, Merriell O., 21, Coeur d’Alene, possession of controlled substance drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, habitual offender, $10,000.

Watkins, Lyssa K., 29, Spokane, burglary, petit theft, $10,000.

McCoy, Mandel C., 28, Spokane, possession of controlled substance drugs, $7,500.

Arnold, Jennifer L., 38, Post Falls, probation violation, no bond.


Miller, Robert M. Jr., 29, Nampa, petit theft by receiving, possessing or disposing, $10,000.

Evans, Trevin G., 23, Athol, driving without privileges, failure to maintain liability insurance, $2,500.

Magnus, Andrew N., 40, St. Maries, probation violation, $10,000.

Powell, Nicholas A., 37, Coeur d’Alene, accident-failure to notify upon striking a fixture on the highway, $2,500.
