TAXES: Don't forget the poor

What is wrong with our politicians? The proposed bill to eliminate property taxes and double the sales tax is the dumbest thing they have thought of. How do they think cutting all property tax will help the poor? All it would do is help the wealthy.

The sales tax on food would help better if that was taken away as we voted for that a long time ago. That would help the poor much more.

Legislators, do what you were elected for and not what you would like to do for yourself.
