Vicki Renee (Warren) Robins, 70

| December 23, 2020 1:00 AM

Vicki Renee (Warren) Robins, 70, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away Dec. 11, 2020, of natural causes. Vicki was born in Coeur d'Alene on Aug. 6, 1950, to parents Earl "Les" and Lucy Warren, who preceded her in death.

Vicki lived in Post Falls and attended school grades 1-12 there, graduating with honors in 1968. She continued her education at North Idaho Community College. There she met and married Rod Robins and was blessed with her son, Rod Earl Robins, who preceded her in death at age 43, in 2014.

She was employed by Energy Products of Idaho, Coeur d’Alene, for many years. There she enjoyed working with great co-workers who became good friends and who really cared for her. She was treated so well by management and all who worked there. Everyone who knew her will remember her offbeat, fun sense of humor and jokes.

She and her dear friend, Judy McGinnis, loved to square dance, and she was very good at it. She enjoyed crocheting, biking and camping. French fries and chocolate milkshakes were her favorite foods; thank you, Lynn Nehlich, for bringing her treats.

Her son, Rod, was her loving caregiver until his death; since then, her care was carefully administered by Living Springs Home in Post Falls. Our family would like to thank them for their heartfelt care.

She is survived by her best friend and sister, Denise Bossio of Spokane; loving brothers Steven Warren (Dawn) of Post Falls and Lee (Lori) of Snohomish Wash., and nieces and nephews, Krista Bossio, Kali Oliver, Steven Warren Jr., Scott Warren and Sierra Warren.

We will miss her terribly and are sad to have her leave us, but Vicki has no more pain, suffering or worries of the world. All these things have passed. She is in the arms of the Lord in Heaven with her son, Rod. We can't help but feel that she has been waiting a long time to see her child again, because love never ends, ever.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of North Idaho, 2290 W. Prairie Ave., Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815, in memorial to Vicki, would be so appreciated.

A celebration of Vicki's life will be held at the Post Falls gravesite in summer 2021. For further information, please email Rememberantiques@yahoo.com in May 2021 for a set date.

English Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with the final arrangements. Memories and condolences may be shared on Vicki's online memorial at www.englishfuneralchapel.com
