Revised Request for Proposals 2021 Single-Family AFFORDABLE Housing DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") HOME Programs Department is accepting formal proposals for federally-assisted single-family development activities. Single-family is defined as 1-4 units under common ownership and financing. IHFA will award HOME funds to community-based, non-profit owner-developers to acquire and/or rehabilitate or construct single-family units in Idaho. HOME funds may be used anywhere in Idaho, except Boise. Boise projects may be approved by the HOME Programs Manager. As required by the funding program, units must be sold to low, and very low -income households. IHFA will award HTF funds to community-based, non-profit owner-developers to acquire and rehabilitate/ construct affordable single-family rental units anywhere in Idaho. As required by the HTF program, units must be rented to extremely low-income households. Due to limited funding, an organization's current program funding and approved/ underway projects will be a factor when awarding 2021 funds.
