Tickets remain for Firebird drawing to benefit KHS

HAYDEN — About 300 tickets remain for a chance to win a 1999 Pontiac Firebird and benefit the Kootenai Humane Society.

Tickets, $10, are available for the drawing scheduled 1 p.m. Dec. 23 at KHS.

The donated classic car is in great shape. It is all original, low mileage, T-top, 3.8 liter, V6 engine and a four-speed, automatic transmission.

About 700 of the 1,000 tickets in the drawing have been sold in the KHS fundraiser. Proceeds will go toward daily operations of the nonprofit, no-kill shelter at 11650 N Ramsey Road.
