PARADE: Star atop Rathdrum’s tree

Thank you Rathdrum for an incredible lighted Christmas parade. The lighted rigs were amazing! Participants were enthusiastic, jovial and festive throwing candy, and wishing one and all a Merry Christmas. Your efforts are much appreciated! Especially in our current environment.
