Fortin was named MVP of the Intermountain League this past season, and was also named to the first team at running back as well as linebacker. Fortin rushed for 543 yards and four touchdowns for the Tigers, and also had 45 tackles, six sacks and six tackles-for-loss. "Luke was our workhorse," head coach Kelly Amos said. "We asked him to get the tough yards and make the tough plays on defense."
