The senior forward, who missed most of last season with a broken bone in his right foot, scored the game's only goal on a free kick in the first half as the Vikings won 1-0 at Post Falls last Friday in the season opener for both schools. "I think Chris was the X-factor that we've been talking about the last two years," coach Braden Ridgewell said. "After coming back from his injury, he's proving to me he has the ability to be the top player in the state. And today was nothing short of that."
