for the day!

Day Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies responded to N. Fantasy Loop for a reported Citizen Dispute. The R/P reported there was a male not following the rules and there was a dispute over him being there. Deputies arrived on scene, and determined the call was a civil issue. #20-33186

• A Deputy responded to the area of Palmwood and Hedgwood in the Post Falls area reference a reported Property Damage crash and possible Domestic Dispute. Upon contacting the RP in person, the entire incident occurred in Spokane. #20-33191

• Deputies responded to N. Trafalgar St. in Hayden reference an Overdose. On scene units contacted 20yom subject; who had taken a box of Benadryl and then drank half a bottle of Nyquil. The male was taken to KH for treatment.

• A Deputy responded to the Mineral Ridge boat launch area for a reported cold Assault regarding a rock being thrown at the RP. It was reported the RP was uncooperative with questioning from Central Dispatch, and when asked could not advise specifically which campground the issue had occurred at. On scene, the Deputy learned the rock being thrown was actually an accident, and not an intentional act. #20-33203

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies responded to Cliffhouse and Hauser Lake for a psychological female. A distraught female called in to say she was going to “kill the person who had her dog.” The female was possibly have withdrawals from meth, but it was learned that she was in a car accident about a month ago and had to give her dog to a male while she was getting help. Based on the circumstances, the female was taken to KH so she could get some help.

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies stopped a vehicle coming off of Corbin onto Seltice. When the vehicle stopped, the male passenger fled a short distance before being caught. The male had a warrant and also ditched meth and paraphernalia during his flight. The female driver also had meth in her hand when Deputies detained her. They were both arrested and transported to PSB. 20-33306

• A Deputy responded to Snowy Ln and Linzy Ln for a hit and run. Kootenai Electric was on scene for a power outage and found that someone hit a power pole and left their license plate when they fled. The owner of the vehicle was not able to be contacted. A report was done to be sent to the traffic team. 20-33308
