EDMONDSON: Tried, tested and true

As a born and raised native here in Kootenai County, Ive had the privilege to be raised in the Law Enforcement Family. I was inspired by my father who is a retired CDA PD Lieutenant to become a cop myself. It was the old school cops like Larry House and Dave Scates that made growing up a lot more fun here in this community. It was their style of community policing that locals can look back on and talk about around campfires, “Hey remember that time Jason Felton chased us riding dirt bikes?”

Today’s youth need to be able to grow up with those same types of cops that we all grew up with... And they can with Kim Edmondson behind the wheel. She is the only clear, safe and best choice for this community. She’s worked for 28 years there, was in charge of the Groene murder cases, she’s been here for every officer involved shooting we’ve had in 28 years. We want someone that can say “I remember all of it.” Not someone who says “yea I heard about it.”

Take a hard look at social media. Edmondson isn’t busy on Facebook having to defend her past like the other candidates are... She’s busy working for us like she always has been.

Be smart, don’t be bought. Elect Kim Edmondson.
