ORDINANCE NO. 543 CASE NO. ZON19-0003 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF KOOTENAI COUNTY BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO; REPEALING ALL ZONING MAP PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Kootenai County Hearing Examiner held a duly-noticed public hearing on June 20, 2019 for Case No. ZON19-0003 and made a recommendation of approval on said application; and WHEREAS, the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on August 15, 2019 for the same request after receiving the recommendation of approval from the Hearing Examiner and issuing an Order evidencing the reasons for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Kootenai County, Idaho: SECTION 1.
